Restoration and Resilience at LLNF – Nature Ramble with Dr. Sarah Bois

  • Linda Loring Nature Foundation 110 Eel Point Road Nantucket, MA, 02554 (map)

Join Dr. Sarah Bois, Director of Research and Education, for a guided tour of the eastern side of the LLNF property, a section currently closed to the public. She’ll showcase LLNF research and restoration in action, highlight habitat diversity, and give attendees a sneak peek of this gem of a property. We’ll also have great opportunities for viewing ducks on Long Pond.

Walking over our gently rolling trails, we’ll explore sandplain grasslands and coastal heathland habitats, and enjoy views of Long Pond as we traverse a portion of the Linda Loring Nature Foundation's Eel Point Road property. Bring your nature questions- discussion is encouraged!

Rambles are free to attend and open to all!
