Join us for "Trails and Treats," an engaging, community event that offers fall and Halloween-themed activities along our scenic trail at 110 Eel Point Rd.

This free event is tailored for families with children in grades pre-K through 5th, encouraging parents and caregivers to participate alongside their young ones, as it is not a drop-off program.

Costumes are welcome but not required, making it a fun opportunity for families to explore the beauty of nature while enjoying festive activities.

Doug is joined by Seth Engelbourg from the Linda Loring Nature Foundation to celebrate a very special milestone… the 10th anniversary of Trails & Treats! This beloved family-friendly fall tradition takes place Friday, October 24th from 3PM-5PM at LLNF, offering an afternoon of costumes, candy, and nature-filled fun. Seth shares how the event has grown over the past decade, what families can look forward to this year, and why the LLNF trails make such a magical setting for celebrating the season. It’s a perfect blend of Halloween spirit and island community all in the beauty of Nantucket’s great outdoors.
