Nantucket Climate Change Summit

Presented together by the
Linda Loring Nature Foundation and the
Nantucket Conservation Foundation

Join us for the second annual Nantucket Climate Change Summit: Adapting Nantucket.💧

Island researchers, managers and local experts from various fields share how climate change is affecting their work and how Nantucket is adapting to these changes. This Summit is a chance to learn about current work happening on the island and discuss opportunities for adaptation for our island’s future.

After the Summit, a social hour will be held to connect with your neighbors.

In partnership with ReMain Nantucket and Great Harbor Yacht Club, the Summit will be held September 4th, 4-6.30pm at the Great Harbour Yacht Club.

This event is free and open to the public. Registration is required.

The first Nantucket Climate Change Summit, held in September 2023, featured talks and posters discussing climate change impacts and coastal resilience solutions on Nantucket.

Ongoing education and discussion will continue to provide the public with high-quality information on climate change and coastal resilience topics year-round.
